Aluna Labs is pre-launch. Today the only personal information we collect is what you give us when you join the waitlist. This page explains what we do with it.
What we collect
Your email address, and anything else you choose to send us — a company name, a question, a reply to one of our updates. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how this site is used, such as page views and referring links.
How we use it
To tell you when the private beta opens, to send occasional product updates before launch, and to answer you when you write to us. We do not use waitlist emails for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else sees it
Service providers that help us operate — email delivery, hosting, and analytics — process this information on our behalf and only for that purpose. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist closes and you have not become a customer. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time by writing to privacy@aluna-labs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we honor those requests regardless of where you are.
Changes
This policy will grow as the product does. When it changes materially we will update the date above and, if you are on the waitlist, tell you by email.
