These terms cover this website and the Aluna Labs waitlist. Fuller terms will apply to the product itself when the beta opens, and we will ask you to accept them then.
Using this site
You may browse and share this site freely. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means at scale, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not guarantee access to the beta, a particular launch date, or a specific price. Submit only an email address you control.
Pre-launch statements
Everything described here is in development. Features, pricing, availability, and the winter 2026 target may change. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a particular capability on a particular date.
Our content
The Aluna Labs name, logo, copy, and design on this site belong to us. You may quote or link to them with attribution; you may not present them as your own or use them to imply a partnership we have not agreed to.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation or payment. You keep whatever rights you already hold in them.
No warranty, limited liability
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Aluna Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
